Through this programme, efforts are made from time to time to coordinate the poor, needy, afflicted and economically weaker sections of women in panvel taluka by organising them with the help of an expert.

For this 10 to 15 women`s groups from different area has been gather & created shelf help group and effort are made to provide employment as per their abilities.

During this programme we concentrate on following things.

Creating a saving attitude by telling the benefits of saving to women.
Attempt to provide Employment to women through self-help group.
Providing tailoring classes to girls & women’s in slums or economically weaker section.
Conducting skill development programme for women’s
Conducting Health programme for women’s.
To make effort to bring the transgender community in to social mainstream and impart vocational training to them.

Benefits of Govt Scheme

While working for women and transgender it has been that many women’s are being displaced from govt. scheme because many women and transgender do not have the necessary document for this, the organisation has taken initiative to make necessary document available to the women and transgender by taking help from the WCD

Female Foeticide

The most important issue is that female foeticide. Male child is the light of future has become strong feeling in the society & the girl child killed her as the burden. So we are trying to create awareness among the society through Street play on the occasion of all festival in the country.

Senior citizen

Considering the position of senior citizen in the society, our objective is to improve the quality of life of older person by providing basic amenities like shelter, food, medical care and entertainment opportunity. So they should be able to spend their old age well. Their life should be comfortable, physical and mental health should be in good condition, their economic status in old age, right to work, right to work right to education and effort to get public assistance.

Transgender community

Transgender people have to face many difficulties to live like common people, the transgender people are a part of the society and they also have the basic right to live with dignity and benefit from govt. schemes. For this the organization is trying through various means.

Under the Transgender right protection and welfare scheme surveying, registering TG person, collecting information about name, Address and List of TG.

To conduct a survey of transgender people in Raigad District and accordingly prepare a new list of transgender people in Raigad District.

To register Transgender people on transgender portal developed by central govt. to issue Certificate, Identity Card. Workshops to be conducted accordingly.

Assisting transgender in obtaining ration cards. Conducting campaigns in collaboration with department of food civil supplies and consumer protection.

Organising awareness programme in various government department offices and other busy places.

Organizing free health check-up camp for TG through Govt. hospital.

Organising self-employment workshop for TG. Vocational training program should be implemented through Asst. Commissioner, District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship guidance centre.

Cultural Programme

To bring the vision of our indian culture to the people through various cultural programs.

So far in Panvel, various cultural programme like Asha Kiran, Nirdhar Amacha, Dandiya rass, Haldikunku have been implemented.
