ASF has started working on HIV/AIDS, Female Foeticide, Women empowerments, child Education and Child labour. The NGO has organized various program for rural and urban community like Street play, drama, poster exhibitions and rallies on HIV/AIDS. ASF is routinely invited by various social groups from the slums to conduct programs for adolescents on sexual health and HIV/AIDS. The organization is committed to the wellbeing of the poor, marginalized, and depressed and HIV infected.

The organization is also engaged in spreading sexual and health education in Raigad Dist. Currently ASF started various educational courses for the student & women below poverty line in Panvel Area with the help of NSDC.

ASF organized number of AIDS awareness programs in the Slum pockets nearby the Panvel city. Adolescent Girl and Women from the SHG participated in this AIDS awareness campaigns. This program was supported by the local people. We also organised Awareness Programme for Auto rickshaw, Tempo and Truck driver Through Street play, condom distribution and Demonstrations program at Auto rickshaw Stand, Octri naka and Tempo stand in Panvel city and around the city area.

We also working for women`s empowerment & education for deprived children’s in this District. Accordingly we established 20 self-help groups & registered them to Panvel Mahanagar Palika. We also involved in most important programme i.e. Bharat swach Abhiyan & conducted cleaning Activities in different part of city.

The NGO also participated in skill development programme, under this programme 40 women`s are getting training for “Masala Making “This is our first batch.10 dropout student are completed basic computer training by sujaya foundation.

Women’s health seems to be very neglected by society. There are many misconceptions about menstruation cycle and women have to be face difficulties in many ways ,During this menstruation periods she is taken out of the house with a solid sense.it is being ignored and no one else is concerned.

So on behalf of the organisation we are making efforts to create awareness about the misconception about menstruation cycle in panvel through health camp. We are also encouraging the use of chemical free Sanitary napkin.

During the period of the covid – 19 epidemic, the organisation has been distributing dry food along with health services to prostitute, bargirls, transgender & migrant workers and still date we are working for this people.

At present the organisation is trying to bring TG people in to the main stream of the society.in this a workshop is being organised to issue ration card, Adhar card ,Voter ID and TG card to these people.
